COVID-19 Related Policies & Safety Standards 

​Please rest assured that we have a thorough sanitation process throughout the Inn and are taking every precaution to ensure your well-being throughout your visit with us. Listed below are a few specific policies:

  • All rooms undergo a thorough cleaning process prior to guest arrival, including freshly laundered linens, sanitized surfaces, and individually wrapped toiletries.

  • We offer contactless check in. Guests are emailed a personal door code prior to arrival. There is no check out required.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to the following cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Full House Rentals - 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 100% of your deposit.

  • Full House Rentals - 13 or fewer days before your scheduled arrival date: Unfortunately, we cannot refund any portion of your deposit or prepayment.

  • Individual Suites - 48 hours or more before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 100% of your deposit.


Early departures and no-shows:  You are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are only valid with the receipt of a cancellation confirmation.

We want to ensure that there are no surprises during your 

stay. The policies listed below apply to individual room rentals, unless otherwise stated.

Arrival/ Departure Time:

Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 10:00 a.m. Please note that your unique four-digit access code will not begin working until 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and will stop working at 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you would like to request an early check in or late check out, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Reservations, Room Rates, & Deposit:

Room rates are posted on our website and are based on a maximum of two adults/children over 12 years old per room. Sales tax and occupancy tax are additional. Reservations are held with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total charge for your visit. The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

Travel Insurance:

We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. 

Lost or Left-Behind Items:

Should you think you left something behind, we will be happy to look for it. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost or mislaid at the property. Please double check for all personal items before departure. 

Breakfast:

Breakfast is included in all room rates. Please join us in the dining room when you are ready for breakfast between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please note that breakfast service stops at 9:00 a.m. If anyone in your party has special dietary restrictions or requests, please let us know in advance and we are happy to and will try our best to accommodate.

Kitchen Use:

Please note that kitchen use is limited to Entire Inn rentals only. If you prefer not to clean up after using our kitchen facilities, we are happy to take care of the cleaning for you for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please note that this charge may be automatically added to your final bill at the discretion of our staff.

Pets:

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the Inn. In the case of service animals, we follow current ADA requirements. Please notify us in advance if you travel with a service animal.

Children:

When accompanied by an adult, children over the age of 12 years are welcome as guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children for single room rentals. For rentals of the Entire Inn, children under 12 years of age are welcome.

Smoking:

Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted inside the Inn, including our porch. We ask that you please smoke outside in the designated area.

Housekeeping:

Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping services. We will not enter your room during your stay, except in the case of necessary maintenance. Fresh linens are available upon request.

Private Events:

We are able to accommodate private events, please contact us for more information and pricing.

Parking: 

Each guest is allowed to park on vehicle in the circular drive, we ask you park on the left side of the driveway. Please park additional vehicles on Oakdale Street as space is available.
